The CX Pathway is conducted full-time (4 hours per day) over three weeks.
There are no fees necessary to join. Skills2Work is a fully-funded online program.
Interested participants are required to ensure they have an adequate work from home set-up to effectively participate in the program. This includes using a laptop or desktop computer, reliable internet, teleconferencing capabilities (e.g. Zoom). Learners must also be willing to participate in class discussions as part of the learning process. Other requirements are listed below:
This is a live online course delivered through online classrooms. Learners are given the opportunity to actively participate in discussions, accomplish activities, and submit outputs as part of their training and certification.
The CX Pathways is conducted full time (4 hours per day) over 3 weeks. Most sessions are delivered live online sessions but there are self-paced sessions. Learners will receive a copy of the schedule of activities as part of their onboarding process.
Learners who successfully complete the program are certified and are given a chance to connect with the program CX industry partners and are endorsed by the Skills2Work team to boost their candidacy for employment.
